1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GoDietPlan (the "Service", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use GoDietPlan.

2. Educational & Non-Medical Nature of Service

GoDietPlan provides automated, artificial intelligence-assisted meal planning, nutritional estimates, BMI calculations, and educational articles.

Important Notice: Content and meal plans generated by GoDietPlan are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice, nutritional prescriptions, clinical diagnoses, or individualized healthcare treatment plans.

Always seek the guidance of a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or certified healthcare provider prior to undertaking any significant dietary changes, caloric deficits, fasting protocols, or elimination diets.

3. Pricing & Nutritional Approximations

All estimated costs, caloric counts, macronutrient breakdowns (protein, carbohydrates, fat), and grocery lists generated by the Service are approximations computed using mathematical models and language model training references.

Actual retail grocery prices fluctuate continuously based on regional supply chains, retailer variations, seasonal changes, and currency inflation. GoDietPlan makes no representations or warranties regarding the exact financial accuracy or availability of any specific food item in your area.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using GoDietPlan, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or systematically harvest data from our backend APIs without express written authorization.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or operational performance of the Service.
  • Impose an unreasonable or disproportionately heavy load on our infrastructure (e.g., automated API spamming or DoS attacks).

5. Intellectual Property

The design, code, graphics, branding, educational articles, and compilation of tools on GoDietPlan are the proprietary property of GoDietPlan and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to generate and export meal plans for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, GODIETPLAN AND ITS OPERATORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GODIETPLAN, ITS CREATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING HEALTH COMPLICATIONS, ALLERGIC REACTIONS, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR RELIANCE ON MEAL ESTIMATES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
